Dr.Mohana N Narayanam is the founder and President of Intellect Vast Consultant Sdn. Bhd. (IVC).

For over 31 years, Dr.Mohana has served at various level of portfolio in the Marine, Oil & Gas related petrochemical industries both onshore and offshore with the renowned multinational organisation, ExxonMobil Exploration Production Malaysia.

He has led several large scale Maintenance, Health and Safety programmes, Plant Administration and Implementation of Competency Assurance Systems. In similar capacity, Dr.Mohana has successfully managed foreign assignment with Esso Australia as Maintenance Supervisor and Advisor.

Dr.Mohana’s academic and professional credentials include undergraduate studies in Electrical & Electronics, Doctorate (Ph.D) in Personnel & Development alongside his professional credentials as Certified Professional Facilitator (IAF) USA and Certified Marine Electrical Officer.

With his vast experience in conducting training and educational programs in various spectrum of occupational work related competency based qualifications has led Dr.Mohana to further develop and share his expertise in the field of education, training and career development.
