Basic Electro-Hydraulics
 
Duration: 35 contact hours

Introduction
Basic level in electro hydraulics provides initial training in electro-hydraulic control technology. Knowledge on the physical fundamentals of electro-hydraulics as well as of the function and application of electro-hydraulic components is conveyed. The set of equipment enables the construction of simple electro-hydraulic control circuits.

• Machine Operators, Junior Technicians, Associate Engineers

Learning Outcomes
At the end of this program, participants will be able to:
• Physical fundamentals of electro-hydraulics
• Function and application of electro-hydraulic components
• Designation and drawing of electro-hydraulic symbols
• Drawing of electro-hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams in accordance with standards
• Presentation of motion sequences and switching conditions
• Direct and indirect manual controls
• Direct and indirect direction-dependent controllers
• Logical AND/OR functions
• Pressure-dependent controls with pressure switches
• Troubleshooting in simple electro hydraulic control systems
